We would love to introduce you to the newest member of the Bourbon Street
family
Executive Chef, Bruce Ganem
From
early on, Bruce knew he enjoyed creating dishes for
family and friends. He began his culinary journey at the
tender age of 12 following in the footsteps of his
father, grandfather, two uncles and his brother who were
all superb chefs. Bruce was born in Rhode Island and has
been taught by the "Black Hat Chefs".
Having
worked in several country clubs and personally cooking
for George Bush, Sr., Chef Bruce brings over 27 years of
culinary experience to Bourbon Street Bar & Grille.
Bruce is highly skilled in a variety of styles and
cuisines, including Italian and Portuguese; and he will
cater to any and all special requests.
We are excited to
have such a wonderful addition to our restaurant and
invite you to stop by and meet Chef Bruce. Look for
upcoming theme nights; Italian night, Seafood night,
Pasta night and experience Chef Bruce preparing food
in front of you.
